MID-P is implementing a three-year project (SCORE II) funded by the German Government - Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through Sign of Hope. The project aims to improve the living conditions of the target group in the areas of food security, social cohesion and safety in Isiolo County. The project operates in Seven Wards (Burat, Chari, Cherab, Garbatulla, Kinna Oldonyiro and Sericho) in Isiolo County. One of the components of the project is to work closely with 22 community champions as they are an important link between the project team and the partner communities and disseminate climatic information. Each Climate Community Champion (CCC) receives a kit (Bag, Badge, pens, books, diary, visibility and awareness material and a telephone).
